Halal has finally started to penetrate the fast food market in the U.S. It has existed for years in major Muslim communities. Primarily in local or chain eateries that are owned by Muslims. In many areas, especially Florida, chain fast food businesses are beginning to see the value in offering halal food.

I worry about process of getting halal poultries by these companies.
There needs to be monitoring organisation like the food standard association that will keep in eye on the supplies of halal poultries.
Be very careful I have seen many UK company put halal sign in the window and also on the menu just to get the Muslims to by into it.
