East Africans and Muslims have filed a complaint against their employer for harassment and discriminatory practices. I am rather proud of them, because often immigrants are hesitant to file such claims. When the problem is not addressed in a meaningful manner, the problem becomes systemic. As Muslims, we are suppose to speak against wrong doings where ever we find them.
